Visalus Reviews and Who is Lying to Who?

Visalus reviews are starting to crop up all over the internet right now. Most Visalus reviews are touting that Visalus is just for people that are looking for an easy weight loss solution that works. Other Visalus reviews talk about the company’s position in the stock market and the business end of things.  What has really surprised me the most is the fact that there are almost no folks online that are bad mouthing the product. One would think with all the space online the world has to talk it’s truly amazing the lack of criticism that I have witnessed through reading Visalus reviews.

And it’s always good to remember that anyone with a computer and the smarts to set up a web page (it’s insanely easy now) can say-write-promote whatever they want (and if it gets to be on the first page it is seen by most people as ‘true’). This includes unfavorable reviews on companies by people that are not necessarily honest.  They are merely throwing companies under the bus in favor of their own. This ‘my company is better than your company’ approach is sometimes found in Visalus reviews written online.

Lets Get Serious for a Second…

An interesting exercise is to do the following: If you type in the name of your/a insurance company next to the word ‘lawsuit’ you might get some surprising results. So bad news travels 10 times as fast as good news does. Huh, imagine that. Everyone forgets this. When reading a Visalus review or a review on ANY company it’s also always good to cite the source of the article, video or whatever. Remember, ANYONE can write whatever they want.

Visalus Reviews and The 3 Types of People You Can Listen to…Which One Do YOU Listen to?

If you are like most people when you are looking for good accurate information you normally type whatever your question is into a search engine like ‘google’ to get your results. Now, it’s always important to remember that just because a site is ranked high does not mean they are a ‘quality player’ or a ‘leader in their space’ either.

It could be anyone so make sure you are citing their sources (it could be some teenager merely ‘trolling’ or creating controversy to drive traffic to their site). This is a common practice online.

Remember This No Matter What:

There are 3 types of folks you can listen to when investigating anything (including Visalus Reviews).
They are:

• People that have never done it (that is, what it is they are writing and/or talking about).
• People that have done it and failed (at what it is they are writing and/or talking about).
• People that have done it and succeeded (at what it is they are writing and/or talking about).

Now, common sense tells us that the last group above would be the best one to listen to when reading ‘Visalus Reviews’ online or anywhere for that matter. It is hard to tell who it is doing the telling online though right? Most people just take stuff at face value (they don’t look past the words) and don’t question stuff they read or see online. This of course can lead people down some wrong paths for sure. Just ask all the overwhelmed and confused minds wandering cyberspace.

Now, let’s break these three types of folks down a bit.

The Person who has Never Actually ‘Done’ What they are Writing or Talking About or  The “Impersonator”.

The first type of person writing Visalus reviews has never even done what it is they are talking, writing or doing a video about. Most television reporters, newscasters, journalists, commentators and the like have never even tried what it is they are so passionately writing about. This of course is not a good source for accurate information for obvious reasons. However, most people believe what they read and unreflexively swallow whatever they are told online. This is wrong and can do more harm than good. The real facts are that approximately 80% of everything you see and watch online is written by people that have never even tried it (I know that percentage number seems high but it’s true). I have been in Internet Marketing for 10 years and have worked in Media and have seen it all. You can safely believe about 2 out of 10 things you read online or see anywhere for that matter. So, in summary for this person, he/she is not the source of info you need if you want the real truth. Most people are not surprised with this.

 

The Person who has done it and failed or had a Bad Experience.

When reading Visalus reviews don’t forget about this person. This type of person has a negative aversion to whatever it is that they are writing or talking about. This is because they tried it and failed themselves, or someone they knew tried it and failed too and nobody could figure it out. Now it’s obvious that when we try something and it doesn’t work for us that we have a difficult if not impossible time trying to say something nice about it right? A good example would be someone who has invested in real estate who had a bad experience and lost everything. When this person gives advice to someone they know who is getting into real estate they will probably give skewed advice. That is, there will be a negative slant on whatever advice that they give. Again, this info is NOT the kind of info you can rely on because it is what is called ‘biased’ or ‘one-sided’. It’s always good to have BOTH sides to the story and this one only uses one side (the bad one). It’s also good to keep in mind that this person will often say that they are “Just trying to protect you” and “Helping you avoid Frustration” when they are really just protecting themselves from having to own up to a sense of failure in the event you should actually succeed. Your success is this persons worst nightmare. Can you say ‘Conflict of Interest?’ Do not take advice from these people. They gave up, and now they want you to give up too (they are looking out for themselves).

The Person Who has Actually Done it and Succeeded. Now You’re Talking…

A Visalus review that is written by someone who has tried it, done it, and succeeded is the one you want to listen to. This type of person has demonstrated by whatever they did, said or are currently doing that their methods work and get results.  Their approach simply worked while the other approached/methods did not. This person also has a proven track record of success and has in fact ‘Figured it out’.

Now, based on these 3 types of folks (and I know you would think common sense would tell us this stuff), you really need to think about who YOU are taking advice from. Which type of person are you listening to?

If you are taking advice from anyone in the first 2 paragraphs you are rolling the dice on being mislead (and the dice are loaded). The person writing Visalus reviews in the the 3rd paragraph is the expert and the one that made it work. If you are listening to them, your chances of success are obviously much greater.

Visalus Reviews and the Ones NOT to Read

It’s pretty clear who lying to who when you really get down to the proof and the facts. Make sure that whomever you talk to or whatever Visalus review you end up reading that the sources are verified. If they are not valid and you know they are not legitimate, then you might be one of those people who are just looking for what you want to hear.
